A Valencia family relocation practice.
We work with North American families with school-age children landing in Valencia. We shortlist schools on real availability, file the applications in Spanish inside the window, and attend the appointments with you.

We take four Shortlists a month, or one Landing and one Application, so every family works directly with a founder.

Leads operations and finance. Every family we take on is delivered by the two of us, which is why the number is four a month.
Track record
We have done this from the inside.
- Thirteen years at Yaicos as marketing director for global operations, expanding the company in Canada, Chile and Spain. That is study abroad work, not Valencia relocation, and we label it as what it is.
- Relocated to Spain twice. First to Madrid, later to Valencia in 2022.
- Previously lived four years in Ireland and five years in Canada.
- Registered the padrón four times in four different municipalities. The first in Madrid, knowing nobody and nothing about the system. Three more in the Valencia region, where the process differs from one town hall to the next.
- Processed our own NIE.
- Own and manage four residential rental properties in Valencia, so we know how Spanish landlords assess a foreign tenant with no local contract.
Schools
We made the decision ourselves, twice.
- Three children, aged seven, five and two.
- We know how admissions work across the público, concertado, private and British systems.
- With our own children we went through concertado first, then moved them to a fully private school.
- Our knowledge of the British system is professional rather than personal.
How we work
Four Shortlists a month, or one Landing and one Application. Founder-led delivery.
Counting families hid the difference: a Shortlist is a week of research and calls, a Landing runs for months. So the limit is stated in the work rather than in headcount. Nothing is handed to a junior and nothing is subcontracted. Immigration, tax and legal advice comes from qualified professionals we introduce you to.
Both parents on the call, and we will tell you if we are the wrong fit.

How you pay
Card, Apple Pay, Klarna and Bancontact, handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Prices in euros, taxes included where they apply, and the amount on your card is the amount you were shown. It reaches your statement as AMBAEX* SPAINLANDER, so you will recognise it.
Fourteen days to change your mind
Spanish consumer law gives you fourteen days to withdraw. If you ask us to start inside those fourteen days, you pay only for the work already done and we refund the rest — and before the first call, that is nothing. The exact amounts, per level.
What we hold about your children
The year each child was born, and whether the birthday falls before or after September. That is what decides the Spanish year group, and it is all we ask for. No names on our forms, no photographs, no school reports, no medical records. What we hold and why.
