Who we are
Spainlander is operated by Khris Rueda / Spainlander. These terms apply to the website at spainlander.com and to Spainlander relocation planning services. Contact us at [email protected].
Services
Spainlander provides pathway guidance for families planning a move to Valencia or Spain. Services may include quiz results, written relocation roadmaps, school and neighborhood planning, preparation calls, and advisory support.
- The Roadmap: EUR 49 for a personalized relocation roadmap.
- The Family Plan: EUR 495 for deeper school and relocation planning.
- The Family Landing: EUR 2500 for extended advisory support through the landing window.
Service pages or checkout may describe the exact deliverables, timing, and intake steps for each tier. If there is a conflict, the specific written description shown for the service you bought controls that purchase.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are listed in EUR, and Stripe shows the final charge before payment. You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information so Spainlander can deliver the service and issue receipts.
Refunds and cancellation
Refund requests must be sent to [email protected]. For digital roadmaps, the fee is non-refundable once the roadmap or plan output has been delivered, except where mandatory consumer law gives you a different right.
For advisory tiers, Spainlander will refund payment when you request cancellation within 14 days before preparation, calls, written review, or advisory work has started. Once advisory work has started, Spainlander may deduct the reasonable value of work already delivered. If Spainlander cancels a paid service, we will offer a replacement date or refund the affected service.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for giving accurate information, reviewing deliverables promptly, making final decisions for your family, and obtaining professional legal, tax, medical, financial, or immigration advice when needed. Spainlander advice depends on the facts you provide.
Legal and immigration advice boundary
Spainlander provides relocation pathway guidance, planning support, and practical preparation. Spainlander is not a law firm, does not provide legal or immigration advice, and does not represent you before Spanish authorities, schools, landlords, tax offices, or immigration bodies. Outcomes depend on authorities, schools, landlords, and third-party providers. Spainlander does not guarantee visa approval, school admission, rental acceptance, or any immigration outcome.
Website content
Website content is provided for general information and planning context. Rules, costs, school availability, appointment systems, and government processes can change. You should verify time-sensitive requirements with the relevant authority or qualified professional before relying on them.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spainlander is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, lost opportunity, delay, third-party decisions, authority outcomes, or decisions you make based on incomplete or inaccurate information you provided. Spainlander's total liability for a paid service is limited to the amount you paid for that service, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
Intellectual property
Spainlander content, roadmaps, templates, and planning materials are owned by Spainlander or its licensors. You may use paid materials for your own family relocation planning. You may not resell, publish, copy, or share them as a competing service without written permission.
Changes to services or terms
Spainlander may update services, prices, website content, and these terms. The terms in effect when you purchase a paid service apply to that purchase unless a change is required by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, except where mandatory consumer protection law gives you rights in another place. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts in Spain unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
