Spainlander is a written-deliverable relocation advisory service. Our guarantee covers the plan, shortlist, brief, or landing support we produce from the information your family gives us.
After your questionnaire is complete and we have the details needed to begin, we deliver the written deliverables listed for your plan within the stated window. The Roadmap is delivered in 24 hours. Advisory tiers follow the written timeline confirmed at intake. If a Spainlander delay puts that deliverable outside the agreed window, we prioritize completion and include one written follow-up answer about the delayed deliverable after delivery.
If your written roadmap, school shortlist, or landing plan misses a major family input you supplied in the questionnaire before work began, we revise the affected section once as part of your plan fee.
Before we start work, if we believe a different Spainlander plan, a specialist, or waiting until your facts are clearer is the better fit for your family, we tell you and point you there.

The revision guarantee is designed for real planning gaps, not a new move brief after delivery. When the request fits the promise, we fix the affected section once.
