International School Valencia Fees 2026: Current Published Ranges

The current Valencia international school market runs from the high 7,000s to just under 10,000 euros in annual tuition on the published pages we checked, but the first-year total is always higher once registration, transport, lunch, and materials are added. That is the part families need to budget for.

How to read the fee pages

Do not compare a monthly number from one school with an annual number from another without converting them. Do not ignore mandatory lunch or one-time fees. And do not assume the first year looks like the second year. The first year always has more friction, because schools add registration, reservation, or admission payments at entry.

This is why we prefer to compare the official fee pages line by line instead of repeating headlines from old articles. The school itself knows what it is charging. The rest is arithmetic.

On published numbers alone, the market is not one thing. It is a set of different fee structures. Some schools look cheaper on tuition and expensive on entry. Others look high but include lunch and support that would be billed elsewhere at another school.

What drives the first year up

BSV is a clear example. A younger child can pay 715 euros a month, but the first-time admission fee is 3,250 euros, annual renewal is 445 euros, materials run 242 euros per term, lunch is 210 euros a month in the early years, and transport is 199 euros a month if you use it. The first year therefore looks very different from the headline monthly tuition.

Caxton is structurally easier to budget because lunch is included in tuition, but the one-time and annual add-ons still matter. Cambridge House and Shackleton similarly bundle some services but not all. The real lesson is to ask what is included before you ask whether the school is cheap.

How to compare fairly

• Convert monthly and annual fees into the same unit before comparing.
• Ask whether lunch, materials, insurance, and transport are included.
• Count one-time entry fees in the first year only, then model year two separately.
• Ask for the exact fee schedule for the year your child will enter, not a generic brochure.

What this means for a family budget
